What is an EPOS system?
EPOS stands for electronic point of sale. It is the till software and hardware you use to take orders and payments, track stock and staff, and report on sales and VAT. Tilly is a cloud EPOS, so your data is available on any device.
How much does Tilly EPOS cost in Ireland?
Tilly is €50 per month plus VAT on a 24-month contract, with a one-off setup fee of €950 plus VAT that covers menu build, installation and staff training. Hardware is priced separately.
Is Tilly an Irish company?
Yes. Tilly is based in Ireland, with sales, installation and support teams serving businesses across all 26 counties in Irish time zones.
Does Tilly work with Irish VAT rates?
Yes. Every product carries its own VAT rate, including separate eat-in and takeaway rates, and every report breaks sales down by rate for your VAT3 return.
Can I use my existing card terminal?
Tilly works with integrated card terminals from leading payment providers. Talk to us about your current provider. In many cases we can help reduce your transaction fees.
What happens if my internet goes down?
